Union Local Jets fall to the Wheeling Park Patriots, 47-37
WHEELING — The Wheeling Park Patriots scored a big win over visiting Union Local on Thursday, coming away with a 47-37 triumph.
Alexis Bordas led Park with 20 points, adding four steals. Maggie Hupp scored seven points and pulled down 13 rebounds.
Park won the rebounding battled 39-22 on Thursday, coming down with 23 offensive rebounds.
Cameron 65, Valley 39
CAMERON — The Cameron Dragons are rolling into OVAC tournament play after a homestand victory over the Valley Lumberjills on Thursday.
Devan Schrack (14 points, seven rebounds) and Maci Neely (14 points, five rebounds) finished with team-highs, while Shaleigh Littleton added 11 and Kendra Thomas 10. 10 Dragons scored in total.
Laken Dawson scored 16 for Valley and Kynnedi Dallison scored 11.
Cameron led 39-15 at halftime and 54-20 after three.

Valley 76, Cameron 48
CAMERON — The Lumberjacks surged in the second quarter to pull away from the Dragons.
Ahead 22-14 after the first quarter, Valley lurched ahead 38-22 going into the locker rooms.
Gavin Derby put in 25 while Trevor Stackpole had 23 for the Lumberjacks. Landen Jerico scored 11.
Cameron was led by 19 points from Mason Scott and 10 from Brayden Mahon.
Martins Ferry 63, Cambridge 18
MARTINS FERRY — The Purple Riders scored early and often on their home floor Thursday in a win over the Bobcats.
Giana Chirpas scored 21 points for Ferry, followed by 15 for Lindse Sidon and 12 for Lindsey Best.
Emma Krise scored a dozen for Cambridge.
Martins Ferry led 25-7 after the first quarter and 41-11 at halftime.
Bellaire 54, River 33
BELLAIRE — The Big Reds received a big game from senior Zara Harveth on their way to a victory over the visiting Pilots.
Harveth scored 19 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished eight assists in the game. Tamya Morgan scored 17 points for Bellaire. Each made two 3-pointers.

Wheeling Park Rolls By Weir
Kaden Miller had games of 227 and 232 for a sizzling 459 series as the Patriots toppled the Red Riders 2,341 to 1,917. Alden Stauver added games 203 and 191 for a 394 series.

Darian Hilton had games of 173 and 167 for a 340 series but the Bruins fell to the Potteqrs 2,153 to 1,769.
